- In order to keep things simple we provide a flat-rate shipping fee of either $7.50 or $15.00 within New Zealand. All items able to be couriered will be sent with Fastway Couriers NZ.
- Sorry, we can't process International orders online. However, please feel free to contact the store and we'll try to help you out. Please be aware that items could be subject to additional taxes or customs duty, and you are responsible for paying them on entry to your country. This may also include quarantine charges for certain items.
- All vintage and pre-loved items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We will do our best to describe the overall condition of the product.
- We try and keep the packaging costs low for you and the enviroment by using brown paper and recycled materials.Our goal is to get your goods to you safe and sound.
- All our vintage electrical goods have either been tested or rewired by our qualified electrician.
- Sometimes the store is very busy so it may take a couple days to prepare your order on top of the delivery time.
