They are a similar style with different expressions.
They aren't broken but must've had wire or some other way of attaching the head to the bodies.

The larger one stands up although the smaller one has a rougher uneven base so it can lean,old bottles are also good as props to sit the heads on.
Approximately 65mm high ( larger head)
35mm high (smaller head),lots of character and irregularities,some wear from age.
