Two old jewellery short display stands,designed for hanging pieces on the arms.
The tops are curved and screw into the weighted bases,because they are curved you might need to carefully balance the things you want to display or a little museum wax will keep things in place.
Approximately 90mm each.

They are old and not perfectly straight,the bases have some wear and a few dings too (rings not included).
